1. ...I am more and more convinced that now is the perfect time to try and rebuild societal relationships on Earth. I plan to start this process in Russia.

2. Through the print media, as well as the statements of politicians and public figures, including the President of the country, issues surrounding the influence of religion on societal relationships are being discussed extensively.

3. This topic has a number of legal implications, and this is reflected in the Laws of the Russian Federation.

4. It is important that questions about the influence of religious traditions on public life are discussed throughout the country, irrespective of their religious confession and values.

5. Both the lack of a coherent and fair societal structure and conflict between various social strata force the leaders of the country at different levels of power, the social institutions and various public funds, to attempt to find agreement based on religious tenets.

6. Because the need to resolve these societal conflicts with the help of the Church is so acute and so urgent, people start to view Religion as a type of court of arbitration whose role it is to resolve disputed legislative matters.

7. All of a sudden, people are starting to use Religion with its moral principles and canon of laws as a means of normalising acceptable societal relations and guaranteeing the stability of the state.

8. Religion is not a tool of the State, but people are beginning to recognize the value of its Spiritual leadership in society in the absence of a fair judicial system in the country.

9. In this difficult time, it is very important for the Church, for Religion, to justify its role not so much as an arbitrator, as in its high Spiritual role as a social guide.

10. Is the Church ready for such a huge responsibility? Is it ready to act as a suitable role model for society at a time when scientific and technological progress has made it possible to exchange large amounts of information in real time?

11. At the same time, the results from important scientific research have begun to change people’s perceptions of the Material World. Even world-famous scientists, such as Vernadsky once did, are openly starting to talk about the noosphere (Divine Space).

12. People are beginning to develop in ways they have never done before – mankind’s interests now extend far beyond the Material World.

13. The modern man imposes heavy demands upon Religion. He wants to examine the dogmas of the Church at a scientific level, and poses many questions to the Church about serious issues. The answers to these will either reconcile the positions of scientists and the Church, or drive them apart forever.

14. Paradoxically, on the one hand Man’s intellect developed beyond the confines of the Material World, but on the other, Man has not been able to find a scheme or structure of societal relations corresponding to the level of his mind’s development.

15. Appeal to Church dogma just confirms Man’s helplessness in this question and the lack of prospects for building a proper modern society for the new millennium.

16. The level of the individual’s intelligence has considerably surpassed the level of development of societal relations on Earth and this contradiction slows down Man’s progress and requires an immediate solution.

17. If solution to this issue is not be found, the outcome will be obvious and I know this will cause a rift in society.

18. Returning to the question of the Church, I must say that the Church will not be able to bear responsibility for guiding modern Man into the future of the New millennium, progress and prosperity.

19. The Church will not be able to as its centuries-old dogmas and half-truths about the Structure of the My Eternity do not meet the requirements of the contemporary world, nor can they be the basis for building new societal relations.

20. That is why I raised question about My Laws and My Worlds not through Church, which I need to rebuild later, but through the person who hears Me – through a modern person who has contact with Me. This person through his life must show and prove that the only possible way for humankind is the way of acceptance of My Laws, Faith in Me and acceptance of My World Structure in the form of the Pyramid of World Eternity.

21. Building a human society according to My World Structure is the only possible way and the only Hope of building righteous societal relations corresponding to the tasks of the New century, the New millennium.

22. New century, New millennium. This is an Era of the building of human society in the Material World according to the Kingdom of God and according to the Tasks set by Me to every person and to the whole of mankind.

23. New century, New millennium will be an Era of the Mind and development of human power based on the principles of My Eternity Laws and the balanced flow of Perpetual motion.

24. Mankind must understand that technological progress has its limits, but that there is no limit to the development, perfection and improvement of human personality, capacity and ability.

25. Having accepted My Laws of My Eternity and My structure of the Worlds, mankind will be able to discover unprecedented horizons of progress and opportunities for the Man-Creator, for Man in the likeness of the Creator of this World...

1. ...Всё больше убеждаешься в своевременности поставленных Мною Задач по переустройству общественных отношений на Земле, начиная с России.

2. Огромное количество печатных органов, выступления политиков, общественных деятелей всех мастей, включая самого Президента страны, поднимают и обсуждают вопросы влияния Религии на общественные отношения в государстве.

3. Эта тема в той или иной степени затрагивает и юридические вопросы, которые запечатлены в своде законов Российской Федерации.

4. Важно, что вопросы о влиянии религиозных традиций на общественную жизнь поднимаются во всех регионах страны, независимо от религиозных конфессий и приоритетов народностей регионов.

5. Отсутствие стройной, справедливой структуры общества, противоречия между его различными слоями населения заставляют руководство страны на разных уровнях власти, общественные институты и различные фонды находить согласие в обществе на базе религиозных постулатов.

6. Вопрос необходимости разрешения конфликтов в обществе с помощью Церкви становится таким острым, таким актуальным, что Религия начинает рассматриваться в качестве третейского судьи в решении спорных вопросов законодательного характера.

7. Неожиданно для всех Религия, её основы, свод её законов стали востребованы в обществе, как единственная основа налаживания приемлемых общественных отношений и гарант стабильности государства.

8. Религия не является государственным инструментом, но обращением к ней зачастую признаётся её Духовное руководство в обществе при отсутствии справедливого юридического поля государства.

9. В этот сложный момент очень важно, чтобы Церковь, Религия оправдывала свою роль не столько третейского судьи, сколько свою высокую Духовную роль поводыря общества.

10. Готова ли Церковь к такой ответственной миссии, готова ли она дать необходимую структуру общественных отношений, востребованную современным развитием человека, когда научно-технический прогресс открыл огромные перспективы международного общения и обмена информацией в реальном масштабе времени?

11. Одновременно с этим результаты фундаментальных научных исследований перечеркнули старые представления о Материальном Мире, учёные с мировыми именами открыто, как когда-то Вернадский, говорят о ноосфере, имея в виду Божественное Пространство.

12. Уровень развития человека высок как никогда, он соответствует задачам нового тысячелетия, его интересы распространяются далеко за пределы Материального Мира.

13. Современный человек предъявляет свои требования и к Религии, он хочет на научном уровне разобраться в догмах Церкви, ставит перед ней ответственные вопросы, ответы на которые либо сблизят позиции науки и Церкви, либо разведут их навсегда.

14. Парадоксально, но, с одной стороны, уровень развития человеческого Разума шагнул далеко за пределы Материального Мира, с другой стороны, в общественных отношениях человек не смог сформулировать схему, или структуру, общества, которое соответствовало бы его уровню развития Разума.

15. Обращение человека к церковным догмам как раз подтверждает беспомощность человека в этом вопросе и отсутствие перспектив правильного построения современного общества нового тысячелетия.

16. Уровень разума индивидуума значительно перегнал уровень развития общественных отношений на Земле, и это противоречие является тормозом прогресса человечества и требует немедленного разрешения.

17. Если решение вопроса не будет найдено, исход известен; Я знаю, что это повлечёт за собой разлад в обществе.

18. Возвращаясь к Церкви, Я должен сказать, что Церковь не сможет взять на себя ответственность и повести современного развитого человека в будущее, в Новое тысячелетие, к прогрессу и процветанию.

19. Церковь не сможет потому, что догмы её прошлых веков, полуправда о Мироустройстве Моей Вечности не отвечают вопросам современности и не могут быть основой нового построения общественных отношений.

20. Вот почему Я поднял вопрос о Законах Моих, о Мирах Моих не через Церковь, переделать которую Мне ещё предстоит, а через слышащего Меня – через современного человека, имеющего контакт со Мной. Он своим жизненным примером должен показать и доказать единственно возможный путь для человечества – через принятие Моих Законов, через принятие Веры в Меня, через принятие Моего Мироустройства в виде Пирамиды Вечности Миров.

21. Построение человеческого общества по подобию Моего Мироустройства есть единственно возможный путь, единственная Надежда на построение праведных общественных отношений, соответствующих задачам Нового века, Нового тысячелетия.

22. Новый век, Новое тысячелетие – это Эра устройства человеческого общества в Материальном Мире по подобию Царствия Божьего в соответствии с Задачами, поставленными Мною как перед отдельным человеком, так и перед человечеством в целом.

23. Новый век, Новое тысячелетие будет Эрой Разума и развития могущества человечества на Основе Моих Законов Вечности, покоя Вечного движения.

24. Человечество должно понять, что прогресс технического развития имеет свои пределы, но пределов развития, совершенствования личности человека, его способностей не было и нет.

25. Приняв Мои Законы Вечности, Моё построение Миров, человечество откроет небывалые горизонты прогресса, небывалые возможности Человека-Творца, Человека подобия Создателя этого Мира...
