1. Man must fully develop himself in order to manage the Earth and to govern in My name on Earth!

2. The basis of the development of human personality is Faith in God the Creator, and Faith in His System of Perpetual Motion!

3. This is My fundamental Law for the Earth and the entire planetary system.

4. To have Faith is to accept My World Order, the System of Perpetual Motion and the Harmony between My various Powers!

5. The new century that has just begun opens up new opportunities for mankind. Now is the time when man should follow what is right and should form a fair society of righteous people.

6. This progressive process must take place without any civil wars, and I will not condone any bloodshed!

7. For many centuries, there has been unending warfare with bloodshed beyond measure. Human society, as a result, has not developed as it should have.

8. People have been running round in circles, ending up nowhere.

9. For centuries, you have tried to build a fair society without My Help and as a result you have ended up running on the spot at best. I fear that your running actually takes you on a downward spiral.

10. I want to redirect you towards developing a harmonious society, and upward progression towards a multifaceted development of the Personality.

11. Now I shall explain to you what Love is.

12. Love is a Divine driving force.

13. Love is not about hugs in bed. Love is a state of Harmony and internal tranquility, in which there is no need to look over your shoulder and think about the people and events behind you.

14. Happiness and Love are the highest achievements of a harmonious relationship. Love in this manifestation is Love of the highest quality.

15. Love is Harmony, it is the basis of Perpetual motion, and it helps people to look forward to a time when everything is intuitive, clear and pure.

16. People are particles of Eternity, brought to Earth. Every single person needs to pass my tests of maturity and of the ability to move independently in Eternity while recognising the Divine Principles.

17. It is important for people to know what to expect in the future and to understand where they are heading and how they have chosen to achieve their objectives.

18. Before every person stands not only the everyday work of achieving one’s personal goals but also the enormous creative task of improving the human personality.

19. I give everybody a Task to complete, depending on their vocation and abilities. Should any person lack the knowledge required to complete My Tasks, I will endow them to the full from the font of My Knowledge.

2. Основа развития и совершенствования личности человека есть Вера в Бога, в Творца, в Его Систему Вечного поступательного движения!

3. Это Мой основной Закон и для Земли, и для планетарной системы.

4. Вера – это принятие Моего Миропорядка, принятие Системы Вечного движения и принятие Гармонии соотношения Сил Моих!

5. Начавшийся Новый век открывает новые возможности для человечества. Теперь оно должно пойти правильным путём по формированию справедливого общества праведных людей.

6. Этот прогрессивный процесс должен быть без гражданских войн, Я больше не допущу кровопролития!

7. За многовековую историю человечества было достаточно войн, было много крови, а вот развития человеческого общества таким, каким оно должно было бы быть, не получилось.

8. У людей получается движение по замкнутому кругу, бег в никуда.

9. Сколько веков уже вы пытаетесь без Моей Помощи построить справедливое общество, но результатом является бег на месте; но это в лучшем случае, а Я считаю, что бег ваш – это бег по спирали вниз.

10. Я хочу развернуть вас на путь гармоничного развития общества, вверх, к прогрессу и всестороннему развитию Личности.

11. Теперь объясню вам, что такое Любовь.

12. Любовь – Божественный двигатель.

13. Это не постельные объятия, это состояние Гармонии и внутреннего покоя, когда не надо оборачиваться назад и не надо думать, что и кто позади тебя.

14. Счастье и Любовь – это высшее достижение Гармонии отношений. В этом проявление Любви, как Любви высшей пробы.

15. Любовь – это Гармония, это основа Вечного движения, это взгляд, направленный только вперёд, когда всё становится понятным, ясным и чистым.

16. Человек есть частичка Вечности, занесённая на Землю. Человек сдаёт экзамен на зрелость и способность самостоятельного движения в Вечности при принятии им Божественных Начал.

17. Надо знать и понимать, что ждёт впереди, и к чему идёт Человек, и какие задачи он ставит перед собой, и какие пути он выбирает для их реализации.

18. А дальше предстоит рутинная работа по достижению поставленной цели, предстоит огромная творческая работа по совершенствованию личности человека.

19. Я даю каждому своё Задание, в зависимости от его предназначения и возможностей. Если для реализации Задач Моих у человека не будет хватать разума или знаний, Я наполню его Чашу Разума до краёв...
